Introduction

Food is indispensable in people life, I like cooking Chinese food by myself and recording them, here I will introduce the most beautiful eight Chinese food which I made, they have great significance for me, along with my growth, at the same time to improve my Chinese cooking skill and promote the understanding of Chinese food.

Collections

Braised tofu

Materials: Tofu, Spring onion, 2 spoons sugar, 4 spoons tomato sauce, oil
This dish is relatively simple and beautiful in appearance. When I am in a good mood, I will make this dish. Tofu tastes great and tastes sweet. It always feels like it will bring good luck.

Chili & Sour potato

Materials: Potatoes, chili, 2 spoons salt, 2 spoons vinegar, oil
This dish is also relatively easy to make, put a little oil and heat it in the pot, and then put the ingredients in turn. It is one of the most famous dishes in the Chinese diet. The taste is sour and a little spicy. It is very good to eat with rice.

Scrambled egg with onion

Materials: Onion, egg, 2 spoons salt, 1 spoon soy sauce, oil
This dish is a combination of Chinese stir-fry culture and western ingredients - Onion. Onion taste good and sweet. The whole dish is a little salty and not complicated to make.

Stir-fried lettuce

Materials: Lettuce, garlic, 2 spoons salt, 2 spoons soy sauce, oil
This is a relatively light food and it is very simple to make. At the same time, it is a typical vegetarian food in Chinese food culture. It tastes fragrant and is very healthy for human beings.

Braised eggplant

Materials: Eggplant, chili, garlic, spring onion, 'Sauce for spicy garlic eggplant'(in Asian shop), oil
This dish is one of the most famous traditional Chinese dishes. It is complicated to make because it requires many different kinds of spices. Now it is easy to buy these spices in Asian shops, which makes it easier to cook. The dish has a strong taste, but it is also a favorite home-cooked dish for many Chinese.

Spicy chicken

Materials: Chicken thigh fillet, chili, garlic, 2 spoons salt, 1 spoon soy sauce, oil
This is a meaty dish, the chicken thigh fillet is very tender and it's good to stir-fry with a little bit of oil, adding materials in turn, the chili is very popular in Chinese food culture and it is particularly important here because it gives the whole dish a spicy flavor.

Stir-fried chicken & broccoli

Materials: Chicken thigh fillet, broccoli, garlic, 2 spoons salt, 1 spoon soy sauce, oil
The recipe pf this dish is similar to spicy chicken, but broccoli replaces chili, so this dish is lighter one. The combination of chicken thigh fillet and broccoli gives a more balanced nutrition, and people who don't eat spicy food will prefer the style of this dish.

Stuffed cabbage

Materials: Chinese cabbage, chicken breast, chili, spring onion, soy sauce
This dish is the most complicated of the eight, the chicken breast needs to be chopped into a paste, the cabbage needs to be blanched, the cabbage needs to be wrapped carefully because it is easy to break, and the dish needs to be steamed at the end. I don't cook this dish very often, but every time I finish it, I feel a sense of accomplishment. It looks very delicate.
